I haven't been a very active coin collector in my life; however, my boyfriend has a giddy interest in every coin he has since each is in essence a piece of history. With the blessing of being very detail oriented and after visiting the Philadelphia Mint in 2023, I am more diligent with how I handle any coins I find. I am happy to have found a forum to help me distinguish errors versus after mint damage and hope with this resource I can decide whether to take any coin to a collector or post on ebay. Thank you!
