The first has 5 consecutive 9s (especially desirable to Chinese collectors, perhaps) and the second is a radar. But neither note is in particularly great condition (the radar note actually has a small tear at the top).

What say you? I'm guessing "spend," but you never know...

Nines are fine, but eights would be more desirable.

That being said, keep until you need $20?

Strangely enough, there are two different Chinese supermarkets in the town next to ours and one has "88" in the name and the other has "99" in it. I'm pretty sure the "Super 88" was there first and the other one had to settle for "99."
