Your pictures have "smoothed" over the coins details but the rims seem to have hits on them. Can't justify a high grade.

Looks like the reverse rim and some surface marks will keep it at MS-66 at best.

MS66 but I think the spots and rim disturbances would keep out of the 67 box as well. if you look at examples on PCGS 67's are pretty clean even the rims.
