Cope Vs Lepe (Charting Serial Numbers)

So I have a BEP strap of 2017A New York two dollar star notes but I don't understand how to tell if they are cope or lepe.
The number on the left is G4 and the number on the right is fwG36, the serial numbers start with B09210201* to B09210300* can you tell me which type they are or how I can properly see for myself which they are.
Also the number on the back of the notes range between 17 and 22.
