A better date with only 690,000 minted, and most surviving examples are heavily worn from circulation. This one is different. Shimmering frosty luster, original lilac gray, yellow gold, and sea green toning, and a strike so sharp that every corn kernel is fully delineated. The CAC population confirms it. This is the finest known example in existence. An MS67 sold at auction for $16,200. This is an MS67+. At this grade and rarity, the finest known does not stay available for long.
