The other thing that's looming is tomorrow is Friday, market is anticipating some not so good stuff happening after the close and over the weekend. So it's wait and see now while everyone's hands are over the Sell everything button. |

Market sentiment is pretty negative across the board at the moment, buyer's are afraid to step in. Trader's are positioned to the short side.
You can see it in the price action after market closed. Market maker's trying to look for liquidity to the upside by triggering stops for the the shorts, trying to make them close their positions, but it's not working.
The market is in a moment in time similar to when Wile E Coyote runs off the cliff, but he hasn't looked down yet. And we know what happens as soon as he does. And it's not even something anyone could laugh at. Quite the opposite, terrible.
There's nothing like a self inflicted wound..

The Mint is like the rest of the world right now, standing besides themselves scratching their heads, perplexed and befuddled, and wondering how anyone could have managed to do anything so dumb as to bring all the markets down, including the metals, while at the same time making everything else more expensive. Not to mention doing it on a Global scale that impacts the world in ways no one could have ever imagined.  It takes a special kind of stupid... But I digress. As for price of Silver. Right now nothing will save any commodities including Gold and Silver, or stocks and equities, as long as Oil remains high and going higher. Oil needs to crash. There's only one way that will happen. Whole lotta nothing going on today, I guess. Silver managed to hold onto where it has been the last few days, ending the week just below $70. Which is certainly better than plummeting like the stock market has been doing during that same period, going lower and lower each day.
Time to catch our collective breaths and see what the new week brings. See y'all Sunday night!
