Quote:Every day means fewer and fewer silver coins that I'll be able to buy at the Houston Money Show this weekend. That is the downside.

Those of us that have been in the silver game for years know what the roller coaster ride is like. This one seems to be more fun though.

Quote: If you owned $1,000 worth of Silver in early January of 2025 it is now worth around $2,890 as of today Quote: Those of us that have been in the silver game for years know what the roller coaster ride is like. This one seems to be more fun though. I started collecting silver back in 2012 when silver was on its way up and I was afraid of missing the boat (sound familiar?) and then, as prices began to fall again I just kept stacking whenever I had the urge (which was quite often, to be honest). I think my best purchases were a bunch of 100 oz bars that I bought at various prices from mid 2014 through mid 2016 when silver was under $20 (occasionally as low as $14-15/oz). Each of those bars cost me under $2000 (some as low as $1450-1500) and are now worth close to $9000 apiece. If anybody is interested, here is a wallpaper I made for my computer back in 2015 featuring many of my 100-oz bars and a bunch of other random silver coins:

And in other news, looks like silver is getting awfully close to $90 in overnight trading.

Sorry, did I break the thread? Heading to bed with silver sitting at $90.76 according to APMEX. I expect it to be slapped down before the U.S. markets open in the morning, but we'll see...
