it looks like lincolns head on the reverse and also obverse. Also looks like it was struck 3 times

Looks to me like it was in hot oil or boiling water at one time.

Not any type of die clash, just plating bubbles,
very common on zincoins.

I am not sure this is a Zincoln. Looks like heat damage.

It must be a Zincoln because it is the small date and we all know how rare the 1982D small date copper would be. Please verify the weight.

Ah. Would help if I rotated the image... or just read the title.

It still looks like the bubbles had some "help" of the thermal variety.
