OK Community here is a Silver Round commemorating the Apollo 16 mission . However I am having difficulty identifying the Mint or private company who produced it? As you can see these bear a number probably indicating X of X plus .999 FS? Any help to identifying this is welcome.

Found this Etsy listing which claims there's a hand-signed COA but there's no picture of that or any clear indication where it originally came from.

Thank You Alpha2814 for your feed back on this subject. Here are two more example that I picked up on the same day, obviously a private mint produced a complete set dedicated to the Apollo missions. These where purchased raw with no box or COA included.
I also have others from various private mints that I have tracked down and noted. These posted examples still have stumped me on the company of origin. Thanks again.
