Don't think the facial scratches are severe enough to detail the coin.
Looks like there is enough friction and field disruptions to drop it out of MS. I'd assign AU-58 based on these photos. Quite a nice Morgan nevertheless!

58 through 61 is likely .
Depends on the grading service
day of the week (in)competence of
individuals at the service. How much
coffee consumption etc.
IMHO a slider Unc as we used to call these .

thank that LCS owner. here is the cost to grade via CAC

CAC - $99 subscription ($50 grading credit), economy grading $15, $40 shipping/handling/ins

and yes...CAC will be more stringent. it could go either way 62 or 63. I'm not seeing anything on the coin that says the coin was circulated but grading by photo is always a challenge. based on the coins graded by PCGS I'm going to say CAC will place it an MS62 holder.
