Not good with nickels and I am not sure how much the noise affected the grade, so I will come in with MS-64.

Wondering if late-night Mike paid to have it graded....  I'll go with it in a MS-65FS slab........ edited: My true view...63 tops Edited by Greasy Fingers

 @Brandmeister, thanks for posting this. It's a fantastic example of botched grading. I'm bookmarking it for the next time somebody claims that the TPGs don't make mistakes or that we can rely on sight-unseen buying. Ugh. Edited by fortcollins

I think you guys were generous at MS63. Given those scuffs on the neck and all those splotches and discoloration in the fields, I might have graded it AU58.
Certainly that chunk missing on the rim should have put MS66 way out of reach. Also worth pointing out that the next dozen MS65 coins almost all look tremendously better than that specimen.
