not bad enough for a 62. my only concern is the field to the right of the wing. dont know if someone messed with it, if its polish lines along with clashing. not sure.  MS63

Although the devices stand out, and are nicely struck up, not quite PL.
MS-62, but should get better money than that grade.

PCGS 63 no pl. took the risk and came back empty handed. Also I still believe this is at least semi pl. I checked my receipt and I requested pl designation but the lady put po instead of pl. maybe it's just wishful thinking or maybe they didn't designate it. Just took these pictures outside.

Comparison pictures to 2 other 83 o's I pulled out and snapped pictures next to each other.

before sending in a coin that you are expecting a PL designation at least check the depth of the coin first so you have shot at it. set the coin on its edge on newsprint. you should be able to read 2-4" in it. if its borderline then I would not expect the designation as it could go either way.

Your second set of photos are much better and show the coin being nicer than first thought.

Panzaldi I did the reading test on this before sending in, main reason I sent in a common date thought it might get at least semi pl
