PCGS Customer Service

Does anyone else have issues with pcgs customer service? I feel like they are under-staffed. When you call pcgs you mostly likely will get a message that they are at max calls for the day and to try back tomorrow. I don't remember they're service being like this a few years ago. Also really difficult to reach out to the set regisry. I've been wating for weeks for help in adding coins to a set and have received no response. When I first became a pcgs member over 10 years ago the set regisry help was fast. Has anyone else noticed this decline over the past few years? This is sad and I feel like they are loosing a lot of customers because of this. I to may be looking to use a different service for grading and registry. I hope pcgs will some how come around and improve its customer service and set regisry program.
