I know this is not in good condition. The Obverse and Reverse are not in medal alignment. They are about 100 degrees off.

I am assuming that is verdigris I see in areas. Get your hands on some verdi-care or try an olive oil soak. The token is already damaged so the normal disdain for cleaning should not be a factor. The two options I gave are not aggressive solutions. If those don't help then you can always go for something a little more aggressive.
