Is PCGS Cert Verification Down? - Coin Community Forum

These companies ought to plan their maintenance better and keep disruption to a minimum. aperwin22 New Member United States 30 Posts	Posted 11/09/2025 7:02 pm Yes it was down 3-5 days, I believe it went down on a Friday and was back up on mon or tues. Once again showing pcgs customer service has gone way down. I tried to notify pcgs on that friday about the issue but couldn't get through on the phone, and forget emailing customer service because you won't get a response for a few days. Then it was the weekend and I'm sure all staff at pcgs must be off on sat and sun so at a minimum no fix till mon. For being one of the most reputable grading services you would think they would have some more staff for dealing with issues like this on the weekend. To me the weekend is probably when cert verification is used the most with coin shows going on and all. I really wish pcgs would step up there customer servcie. Report this Post to the Staff
