Can anyone please help ID this ancient Roman coin? 2.56g weight, 20mm diameter. No visible words/letters that I can make out.

The groove with debris in it makes me assume it's a lead seal, rather than a coin.

It's a coin of a 3rd century emperor...like Claudius II or Aurelian

I think it is most likely Aurelian (270- 275 A.D.) with a reverse of ROMAE AETER Aurelian, standing right before Roma, helmeted, draped, seated left on shield, holding spear in right hand and Victory in left hand
