Your coin is Julian II as Caesar (D N IVLIANVS NOB C) with a SPES REIPVBLICE reverse. It looks like it is from Sirmium.

Thanks, Victor. After you give me the information and I look at the images on the link you gave me, I can see how my coin matches. But it is very difficult for me to try to find and identify these.

Is there a way to simplify looking up these coins?
