Grading proofs from photos is very difficult. You need to be able to turn it in good light to see what marks show up.

A lot of "spotting" on the coin. With that said I'd go somewhere around Proof 65 would be a safe grade.

Obverse looks camo..however the bell falls short (may be the lighting). I see 1 large hit (obv field at eye line) and appears upper cheek and jaw line has ticks...I agree with IGE on grading proofs but for now put me at PF-64.
