Hi can someone help me I have a 1935E silver certificate with offset shield print,misfit, ink marking and I can't find any match's to it. It has been in circulation but it's not torn just worn. Any ideas/helpful comments?

Yours would probably fall within the printing specs.
The shield and serial numbers are printed on a separate
press than the rest of bill so it is not that unusual for the
printing to be slightly off. In your case it is the main printing
that is off to the left, the shield and numbers are in the right location .
Unless it is way to the right or left, I don't think there is too much value in it.

The slight offset is noticeable but not drastic enough to add value. That, and the photos makes the note look lifeless. The BEP printed over 252M replacement notes for the series and even in uncirculated condition, it wouldn't be worth more than $20 to $30.

You've got a nice conversation piece basically. Nothing significant to bring in big premium and the condition is not helping.
