Maybe that's what your app sees it coming in as..... that's a circulated coin.

It almost looks like somebody used an erasure on it. The condition looks circulated but the color of it looks cleaned with something.

Nope. That is a circulated coin in the XF range that likely has been cleaned.

I'm at high end XF. I'm not convinced it's been cleaned. Over the decades I've come across large numbers of copper Lincolns--wheat and early memorial--which have a very similar look.
