No notgeld I have seen has japanese currency listed on it (YEN) so I am calling this on a fake.

I'm not entirely sure what the purpose of it was. It's clearly aimed at German-speakers. I can only surmise it was propaganda, airdropped by the Allies over Germany in WWII, reminding the Germans of their unsavoury choice of ally in the Japanese.
