Hi all I'm hoping you can help me out so I know what the note is but I can't find any information on this note with over printed signatures. I've tried the so-called Google AI no help except they found the revalued ones that were used in the ottoman empire, so I'm hoping somebody in the Coin community can at least give me a little bit of direction as to where to find out exactly what the purpose of this note and the over signatures was Thanks
