1959 D Roosevelt With Hole On Reverse

This is one of my favorite damaged coins.

The long streak isn't sunk in. It's flat with the scratches and looks like it goes over and under the surface in some places.

Anyway, not sure it's PMD, I remember seeing a coin like this but it was a nickel.

When you see displaced metal, then it is
usually damage, not an error.

Definitely PMD, not an error. The good news is it's still worth silver melt value, since it's 90% silver.

Yes, it's a damaged coin. Value is in the silver content.
