This coin is in a PCGS green label holder as proof 67 cam. I think it could resubmit to be a deep cameo at the very least. Should I send it to CAC for a sticker?
It's a beautiful coin for sure. I would have said DCAM.

Does CAC consider only the base grade (67) or does the additional designation (CAM) factor into their decision? If it's base grade only then I say not worthy of submitting.
For a 1960 Proof Franklin it is the designation as Cam or Deep Cam that will add significantly to the coins value and not the CAC sticker. Therefore either resubmit to PCGS for a possible DCam upgrade or to NGC or CAC for the same. You could also crack it out and throw the dice.
