Found this 2021 Single with some sort of print anomaly. Seems to be echo of "O" from back side of dollar but can't be sure. Just curious if any value suspected.

Rather than a misprint, I believe that the marks on your note are from a bank teller's stamp. It looks like a cut-off 5.
Inordinately fascinated by bits of metal with strange markings and figures
