US Mint - This video showcases b-roll footage of the stages of production of the Mayflower Compact Quarter at the U.S. Mint at Philadelphia, as part of the 2026 Semiquincentennial Coin Program. These new coin designs honor the 250th anniversary of our Nation.

The Mayflower Compact is indeed an important part of history and the early settlement of those who colonized the Americas. It is also a critical pact that help to lay the foundation for a new nation to find it's footing by declaring independence from Britain and the "Old World Order" in 1776.

The Mayflower Compact, George Washington, Declaration of Independence and the Constitution quarters all commemorate very important parts of our nation's history and some of those whose foresight and courage brought forth a new nation. The Gettysburg Address Quarter is a perfect addition.

However, our nation's history didn't end in the 18th Century or with the Civil War. Originally, the designs that were approved celebrated and recognized our journey to achieve "a more perfect Union," to fulfill the promise and goals of the Founders and Framers of our Constitution. I wish that at least one of the quarters had remained recognizing the women's sufferage and/or the struggle for Civil Rights and equality.

Watching all them coins dumped together, all I could think is "Oh well, all the 70's and 69's just went to 67's and 66's.

a video of quarters getting dumped and moved around really didn't showcase the quarter or the production there-of.

That is why we buy the Uncirculated Mint sets! They are minted at lower speed and higher pressure, and given more care when handling.

I hope you have one of the 190k subscriptions, because release day will be a blood bath!

Unfortunately no - when I tried signing up for the subscription it said "Remind me" - I take that as the subscriptions are sold out.

Bummer.

My subscription carried over from the previous years. I have had one since 2019, when they started the W bonus coins and I gave up on filling my holes from circulation.
