Would this 1959D be worth having graded?

Absolutely not worth the expense of professional grading and certification. It's a nice looking example but worth at most a few dollars. TPG would cost around $40.

Please be mindful to include the denomination in your thread titles.

Nope, not even worth slabbing. Your coin might be at AU at best. It's worth face value, unless it's uncirculated. Even then, it's not worth much.

These are cheap in MS, you coin is AU at best and worth 1 cent.

Even already graded MS66 examples sell for around only $20. They are just a very common cent.
