I can not find any information on this 2005 set with the Terry Fox loonie. I have never seen an uncirculated set packaged in the red folder. Any information?

I guess what I am wondering is if this is an actual set that the RCM produced. Or is it a set that someone has put together? I cannot find any information on this 2005 RCM Uncirculated set with the Terry Fox loonie in a red leatherette folder..

Seems was packaged by someone at home. It seems they used a mishmash of circulation and PL coins, with the quarter being the only PL one.

They used the specimen/proof set booklet and paired it with a 1998-2003 Oh Canada/Tiny Treasures set tray.
