I would grade this as F-15 cleaned.

Hi.I wonder-how do you know it was cleaned?I didnt know that.Are there any specific signs on the coin?Dont look clean to me.Scans are a little *washed*Regards

A coin that worn should not be so evenly colored. I would expect it to have some dirt around the lettering.

I can't speak for authenticity, but I do agree it is cleaned. CV $VG 60 F $120.
