I have a plan for most of my CAPS binders so I know what Air-Tites I need and if they need black rings.

Rather than wait until I get a set or coin, I pre-load the pages with empty Air-Tites for what I plan to get

That way I am not waiting to binder a new coin or set

The way I organize my coins is not set in stone so if I change my mind I just rearrange the Air-Tites

This is the page I use for my mint sets, the remaining holes are for the 2017 S Enhanced Uncirculated Set and a 2025 P Circulated Set

It seems to me your pre-loading is motivation to follow through with the goals! A commitment, of sorts.

The Mint set page looks good!

Thanks

It will soon be one of the pages I have that will have a "forever" hole and I bet you can guess which coin it's for :)

I don't use Caps due to the size of them and the space available I have for them

CAPS isn't for everyone

I don't have a large collection, it all fits into 6 binders with about 80% of the holes populated, so the size works for me.

I just pulled a bunch of Morgan dollars from my CAPS album to get graded and it's a pain.

I've got three CAPS albums. It seems like your method would be problemistic from my limited experience in removing capsules from the pages.
It's always a struggle. Well, except for the oddball hole that's too loose and lets them fall out. When that happens I run an unprinted clear 6mm Brother Label around it. Thin enough to fit, does a good job.
But for the ones that fit snuggly, it's a struggle. What's your secret?

I just reorganized my Quarter and Golden Dollar albums which between the two there are about 200 coins

I even reconfigured a couple of the pages more than once

So in one evening I probably removed and reinsert over 300 capsules in 5 A pages and 6 T pages

It not hard if you use something like what I posted.

I will try to do a video the next time I need to organize a page
