Help, how to quote others and @ others, how to let friends know that I replied to him?
What I am concerned about is how to quote a certain paragraph from someone else's article.

CCF doesn't support those options.

You quote using the bracket q bracket ...text... bracket /q bracket tags, using control c / control v (copy & paste)
