Is this coin an error coin or is it something or someone destroyed? And if it is an error coin, is it worth getting graded?

100% damage, there is no way for that to happen when the coin was struck.

Looks to be significant post-strike damage, likely of a mechanical nature. Not a good candidate for a grading submission.
