Looks like it was held on by a ribbon. Maybe a little bit of Latin under St. Christopher. Any additional info would be greatly appreciated. A throwaway liberal translation might be: Pray to/Behold/Contemplate St. Christopher -- Then go ahead and travel. Given Christopher's specialty, this was probably a key fob, basically a short strap of leather with a ring to hold the keys, sorta like this Google result: Sorry to report I can't even venture a guess as to value.
