This was photo before restoration so the images isn't that great. Can't make out mint as yet but I find it.

It's not Constantine. You are ignoring what I said in my earlier post. I also said "here's another Constantinople example with different mintmark"

So yes, yours has a different mintmark; but is still from Constantinople.

And there is not a whistle. It looks like some corrosion or a blob of metal from the striking process.
