This mintmark looks odd to me. At first I thought maybe an RPM but now I don't know. The plating issues on this coin make it difficult to look for markers.

It may be a very subtle clockwise RPM but between it being minor and the plating issues, not sure if they would list it. Good eye though.

Thanks. The higher spots on the D just made it look odd and so I thought possibly but with all the plating bubbles I hit a dead end fast. I have to agree with you on that makecents.
