PCGS: Can You Upgrade Blue Label Slabs To Gold Shield And Trueview On A Reholder?

If you have a blue label slab with no pictures, can you submit for an upgraded GS/TV reholder? I would like to have the coins with a variety attribution, in a Gold Shield slab, with TrueView pictures. Anyone know the process to have that done? Report this Post to the Staff

Each coin is going to get like 60 seconds, tops. I also imagine that the semisesquicentennial is generating considerable additional volume at PCGS. There are so many pitfalls to procedures. All my PCGS coins were submitted by their previous owners.
