I can make out the bust on this but I am not sure what the reverse is so apologies if the picture of the reverse isn't the right way up.
The coin weighs 1.2 grams and measures 9mm.
Not sure if it's Greek or Roman to be honest. Thank you for any help, much appreciated,

I'd say Greek, but I'm not sure if there's enough details to identify.

Looks Greek to me too, maybe Apollo on obverse and a tripod table on reverse. You could try to find a match on Vcoins or acsearch.info, use the search line, type Apollo tripod.

This coin type was struck in several places at different times including Macedonia. Your coin may be from Laodicea, Phrygia but it's on a small flan and not enough letters on reverse to identify the city name for certain. Here is one from Laodicea:

It may have come from the Seleucid Kingdom.

Yes, could be Seleucid, really not enough letters to confirm.
