The photos below are of two steel Cents I have.
A) Are they replated?
B) How can you tell?

Look at the edge, should be bare steel.

Yep, if there is bare steel that it is not re-plated, if shiny like the obverse and reverse, then it was re-plated.

Nice coins! Neither look plated to me. The easiest way to tell is cartwheel luster. Plated coins just reflect light and have zero cartwheeling effect.

I agree these look original. If you go to a coin shop, I'm sure you could get a nice replated one for $0.25 and you could compare them.
