I recently acquired a Mexican medal showing Torre Latinoamericana, AE 22mm.

Is there an online reference work?

Torre Latinoamericana tokens are souvenirs sold at the Mirador (observation deck) of the iconic Mexico City skyscraper. These brass or aluminum tokens generally feature the building's image and measure between 20mm and 31mm, and are considered tourist exonumia.

See this link for information about the value of this common token (not a medal). Digest: They generally sell for under US$8.00.
