This was in a collection of unidentified medieval European coins. I've identified all but this one. Does anyone know what it is?

@het, first welcome to CCF. Second, it can be really helpful to know the diameter and weight of these pieces. Can you please add this information to the thread? With that said, the second image showing a helm, crown, and about a thousand little arrows looks like Muelhausen to me. See below for a link with similar imagery. although not a perfect match:

My 2 cents:
This type of crown sometimes appears on Hungarian coins.
However, I don't think it is makes it necessarily Hungarian just on this ground.
Nevertheless, the crown itself suggests that the issuing authority has some kind of a royal claim.

Possibly a match for the coat of arms in the first photo:
