I bought 1lb of world coins and this one was added as a gift for purchase. I thing it's a roman cull. Can anyone identify it ? I think I need better pics.
It's either Constans or Constantius II...more likely Constantius II, but I can't be sure. The reverse is FEL TEMP REPARATIO -- Soldier spearing falling horseman.
Allow me to join the conversation, yes it's cull, very poor condition. Copper/bronze coins that are so worn/damaged they cannot be identified as to the ruler or which mint are not worth much. Just compare it to Victor's coin which is in great shape.
I joined the Littleton Coin Club of Ancient Civilizations. They may be a little pricey, but I don't know what I am looking at and will have to depend on others such as Victor and Livingwater for their expertise.
