For the record

Did they use the wrong photo for the reverse, or was it toned heavily while in the holder?

The reverse has blazing blue toning around the rim, plus much more toning.

The obverse photo looks correct. The blue is more pronounced in light vs neutral.

This is the best photo that I could find of a full holder shot for comparison.

My holder photo is slightly tilted, with the right side being closer. The NGC photo looks totally straight and flat.

Considering that, the coin's setting looks really close, with a slight rightward tilt on both, and the holder sticker used appears to be correct.

The same blue around the rim on the reverse is also on the obverse.

Same coin, reverse?

All I can say is your photos are very bluish. Not sure if the reverse photo from NGC is of the same coin

Either different reverse or someone gassed it in the holder.

HumblePie - looked closer at the horrible NGC pic - not the same coin.

There is a rim ding you can make out on R at 8 - it is not on yours.

Good eye! There also looks to be a die crack on the non-toned coin.

I gave up trying to match hits due to the blur in the NGC photo and the toning on the other coin. The rim was a great place to look!

Yes, there seems to be. I discounted it because my holder was slightly tilted, and there could always be some rotation if manhandled.

We first thought they gassed the poor thing, so they could have manhandled her as well.
