Dan Griffin contacted me wanting to take a second look.

Dan's assessment:
"I took a long look at this coin, and I think it is a really sneaky example of Strike Doubling."
He further added, that he would like trade "...this example (so I can keep it as a study reference)...":

So even though it was not a new DDR (great call Tanman2001), I am pretty excited that I found a coin which Dan Griffin wants to keep as a study reference!

I think so too
I figure those guys have seen just about everything, so to find something Dan wants to keep, is definitely more exciting (to me) than finding a new DDR
