They blame "speculators", but in reality is it the loss of purchasing power of fiat currencies that is the root cause. But I guess they prefer channeling Nixon instead of admitting the truth.

A friend of mine in Germany (Redlock) recently told me that idea had been scrapped, due to collector uproar.
The minimum is now set at 50%.

I wonder if they considered keeping the composition and upping the price instead.
