Good Morning all, today I have a 1997 P LMC that I need help with. Can anybody tell me what may have happened by Lincolns throat. It might just be PMD but a second or third opinion would be appreciated.

If it is incuse, it is probably a struck through.
I don't see any displaced metal from damage.
