Are Modern Coins Given Notice In Catalogs For Re-Engraved Dies Like This 1971 S US PF Quarter?

jomic Valued Member United States 114 Posts	Posted 04/03/2026 10:43 pm This 1971S proof 25 cent piece has re-engraved design features on GW's hair and on the eagle's wings feathers, and I am wondering why such features are not listed in catalogs nowadays, such as The-good-ol'-standby-Red Book. The gist of this post is wondering why, when in the past, re-engraving of design features were noted in catalogs, but don't seem to be so now. Have a GREAT day!!!!
