The main reference book for these is Coinage in the name of Alexander the Great and Philip... by Martin Price but it's expensive. Coin dealers and Libraries may have a copy. You could go to sites like acsearch.info, CNG coins, Vcoins, use their search line to see if you can find a match. The monogram under the chair looks like Babylon but more than that I don't know, sorry. There are often other symbols in front of Zeus' legs. It's common for ancient coins to sometimes be struck off center like yours which does not have all of the eagle or feet where there may have been more markings to help ID it.
