One transitional error that I've heard very little about is Lincoln cents struck on copper planchets after 2009, when such planchets were used in mint and proof sets. I believe these have been found.

I was pondering this thread earlier today. What about different denomination coins struck on planchets prepared from the right composition but from the wrong stock during a transition period? I recall hearing about a quarter or quarters struck on quarter-size planchets cut from the rolled thickness of SBA stock in or around 1999 or 2000. The result would be a proper diameter but overweight quarter. I can't recall ever seeing one in real life, but I think I've seen photos or news stories.

Very nice job you have done here, Mrhakfbacon. Some I was familiar with but many I was not.

New update:

I just stumbled upon this
https://www.ngccoin.com/certlookup/689344-001/

There is a 1968-D dime struck on a Silver planchet.

Also, Mike Byers may publish a version of this census in mint error news soon.

Update: working with Mike Byers at Mint Error News to publish the lists.

The lists will become exclusive to mint error news but I will try to post links to those pages
