@Spence that's what I'm trying to figure out. I don't know if it's even a real coin. I will get you the weight as soon as I get home. I came across a bunch of "older coins" and I know a few of them are real but I'm trying to find out what's fake or remakes. Whatever they would called copy I guess you could say.

I just weighed it. It is 4.89 grams. Any idea what I'm looking at? I really appreciate the insight and knowledge. I'm new to coins and I'm intrigued by the history and stories behind them recently so it's become an addiction you could say lol.

Unfortunately, that is a cast souvenir type replica, no question. The details are just all wrong, and the surfaces are rough and grainy.

Thanks for letting me know. I appreciate the input. Wasn't sure if I had what I thought. Which would have been an amazing find! But I guess I'm not retiring off this one lol. A man can only dream can't he
