Looks more like a crack though...
Even though it's a semi-key...with the scratch on the obverse and the rim damage on the reverse...I don't think in the F-15 - VF-20 range the $95 is worth it...jmho

If you are patient you can get this coin in that condition for around 60$.

This is my dad's favorite coin & date. We bought a large group of 38-D's many years ago, I don't know how many, but it's quite a few. They've been locked away in his safe ever since. I will try going through my ledger, to find the exact number in the lot. Thanks for sharing.

I agree with @smat45, this could be a very slightly rotated die clash with the seventh sunray (closest to the gown) or a gouge from die polishing of that clash. The graffiti above IN GOD likely would detail this coin. There are better examples out there for the price.
